I started my coaching business in June of 2022. After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and becoming a Certified Health and Life Coach, I wanted to explore the path of online coaching. I saw that the online space offered more flexibility, connection, and guidance for my clients. I’m also a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and mindfulness meditation teacher.

Living an active lifestyle does not confine you to the gym. Movement includes exercise and physical activity outside of the gym so you don't spend hours working out each week.

Eating healthy is so much more than what you eat. We learn that how you eat and who you are being when you eat are important for losing weight and enjoying every aspect of a meal.

We live in a fast paced world which makes it difficult for us to feel in control of our lives. Mindfulness teaches us to slow down, feel less stressed, and live in the present moment.
Ever since I’ve graduated college I’ve “worked out” but it was never something very focused or consistent. Luke has been my health coach and personal trainer for some time now and it has been a game changer. His personal training is all remote. A big struggle for me was going to the gym and not really knowing what to do, or being able to connect my exercise to a goal or specific outcome. Luke has helped me bring focus and intention to how I workout (lifting, running, yoga, the whole nine yards). He’s also built my meditation practice to be something damn near life changing for me.
Working with Luke has been truly transformational for me. I have an incredibly busy schedule and was dealing with an unbelievable amount of stress. Doctors kept telling me I had to reduce my stress. It was beginning to feel unmanageable. Luke has helped me understand the value mindfulness has not only on my mental but physical health. His program was tailored to my lifestyle, helping me fit mindfulness into my schedule in a feasible way that set me up to be successful. I am now able to be more present throughout my day and handle stressful situations through mindfulness and meditation with what Luke has taught me. I have seen a huge shift in my ability to take on challenges. I’m incredibly grateful for Luke!
There were a lot of surprising benefits to Luke’s program. First, even when I wasn’t perfect with how consistent I was, the integration of mindfulness and movement resulted in immediate benefits. In moments where my heart rate would typically spike in the past, a couple weeks into the program I noticed I was more calm and less stressed in high pressure situations. Luke’s holistic approach is so much healthier than nonsense I had followed from other apps and influencers. I took body measurements and I lost 3.5 inches off my waist, 4 inches from my hips, and 4 inches from my back and chest. My arms stayed the same length wise but the 13 inch radius became visibly jacked. Even though I only measured after the 12 weeks, Luke was super positive during the process about how the number on the scale is only part of the picture! And at this point, the pictures now look great.
When I first got in touch with Luke in October 2023, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed between work and life and thought maybe he could help me plan out my workouts to take that off my plate. I knew he offered help with nutrition and mindfulness but I didn't really think those were applicable to me. Boy was I wrong! Sure, Luke has helped me design a more thoughtful workout regimen, but I underestimated how much the nutrition and mindfulness coaching would help me. I now see clearly how nutrition and mental health are tightly connected to physical health. Six months in, I am feeling stronger and healthier, but more importantly I am more in control of all aspects of my life.
Before joining Luke’s program, I really wanted to structure my life, lose weight, and gain discipline, but I felt like I never had the mindset or the time to get after my goals.
I knew that if I just had someone to hold me accountable, push me every week, and a dedicated routine, I could finally reach my goals!

Before the Mindful Living Program with Luke, I was relatively active but had always failed to put much structure and intentionality around my fitness. I struggled to make it to the gym regularly, ate what I wanted without listening to my body, and I knew I needed to make some changes.
