Expect to dive deeper into your current situation, your desired situation, and the path we need to take to get there. I will explain how the Mindful Living Method will allow you to reach your personalized health and wellness goals.
You will start the onboarding process by logging into the Luke Van Haute coaching app, filling out the coaching agreement, and completing the new athlete questionnaire. The questionnaire will give me all of the necessary information to build out your initial protocol. Expect to get clear on your goals, the reason for starting, and which areas of your life you need the most help with.
I will guide you through your initial protocol for movement, nutrition, and mindfulness. On this call you will learn how to use the app, how to complete the weekly check-ins, and how to make the most of this coaching program.
Complete weekly google form check-ins to reflect on the week and make a plan for the upcoming week. I will respond the next day with a Loom video going over your form and giving you next steps for your journey.
Every 3 weeks we will have a 45 minute zoom call to talk further. This call is a great opportuinty to learn about movement, nutrition, and mindfulness. We will also adapt your program to ensure that it is enjoyable and that you are making progress towards your goals.
Ever since I’ve graduated college I’ve “worked out” but it was never something very focused or consistent. Luke has been my health coach and personal trainer for some time now and it has been a game changer. His personal training is all remote. A big struggle for me was going to the gym and not really knowing what to do, or being able to connect my exercise to a goal or specific outcome. Luke has helped me bring focus and intention to how I workout (lifting, running, yoga, the whole nine yards). He’s also built my meditation practice to be something damn near life changing for me.

Before the Mindful Living Program with Luke, I was relatively active but had always failed to put much structure and intentionality around my fitness. I started my coaching business because I saw so much potential in the online space to help people transform their lives. At 18, I dealt with anemia and later faced depression, which took a toll on my physical and mental health.

That’s what inspired me to offer this same approach to others, especially those who feel stuck on autopilot and want to live more intentionally, with health and happiness at the center of their lives.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and am a Certified Health and Life Coach. I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. These certifications allow me to offer a holistic approach to coaching, focusing on movement, nutrition, and mindfulness to help you achieve overall health and well-being.
